PositionPediatric Occupational Therapist (Sensory Integration / Developmental OT)Kindle Hopes Pediatric Rehabilitation Centre, Kalaburagi, is expanding its foundation team and hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. Founded by a mother who understands the realities of special-needs care, we offer a 1:1 therapy model, thoughtfully designed spaces, and a work culture that values therapists as much as outcomes. We’re looking for an OT passionate about sensory-informed, play-based care and interested in growing long-term with the Centre.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s degree preferred)Registration with relevant professional councilExperience or strong interest in pediatric practiceKey Skills & Clinical Exposure(Not all mandatory – training in some is sufficient)Sensory Integration (SI) assessment and interventionPlay therapy and play-based therapeutic approachesEarly intervention (infants & toddlers)Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, developmental delaysFine motor skills, visual-motor integrationADL and self-care skill developmentSensory regulation and emotional modulationSchool readiness and functional participationParent education and home program planningTraining in Ayres Sensory Integration (ASI), USC/WPS SI, or equivalent frameworks will be an added advantage.Role & ResponsibilitiesConduct pediatric OT assessmentsPlan and deliver individualized, goal-oriented therapy programsProvide 1:1 therapy sessionsCollaborate with physiotherapists, speech therapists, and familiesMaintain therapy documentation and progress reportsSupport parents with practical strategies and guidanceCompensation₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable in cases of strong experience, advanced training, or specialized certifications)CommitmentWe are looking for therapists interested in a long-term association (minimum 2–3 years preferred) and who wish to grow alongside the Centre.
