Candidate ObjectiveWe are looking for a detail oriented Structural Engineer to lead the design and stability analysis for residential mansions in and around Vasco da Gama.2. Key ResponsibilitiesStructural Analysis: Perform complete structural modeling and analysis using ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or SAFE.Detailing: Prepare and review detailed RCC structural drawings, including foundation, column layouts, and slab reinforcements.Site Liaison: Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure reinforcement and shuttering align with structural designs.Optimization: Collaborate with the Principal Civil Engineer (Proprietor) to optimize steel and concrete consumption while prioritizing safety and stability.3. Desired QualificationsEducation: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structures preferred).Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in RCC residential buildings (G+4 and above).Software: Mastery of AutoCAD and at least one structural analysis software (ETABS/STAAD.Pro).Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Goa Land Development and Building Construction Regulations and NBC 2016.
