Position: Account Delivery Manager / LOB HeadLocation: Kharadi, PuneJob Description: You will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of our services to our clients. This is a pivotal role, and we are seeking an individual with the level of expertise and experience typically found in a Delivery Management. Your main responsibilities will include:Responsibilities:Build the base for all development and conceptualize different service offerings & solutions to customer, as well as in ensuring the delivery of services for customer. Would need to take ownership of all key performance parameters to drive the operating margin of the accountsResponsible for establishing operating procedures, work assignments, planning, and all project management activities across the horizontalcompetency building and complete responsibility & ownership for Delivery excellence in the respective areaBringing strong technology leadership to drive high quality and solutionsComplete ownership of deliveries, including people management, project oversight and delivery strategiesBuild and Maintain strong relationships with all key internal and external stakeholdersAssessing training requirements and ensuring continued technical improvement of all our resourcesLeading, Growing and mentoring the teamNecessary requirements:Should have extensively worked on with OEM customers and realization programs handling at least $5 Million accountAt least 15+ years’ experience in off-highway/ER&D industry with at least 3+ yrs of account management experiencePrevious experience at the level of a Delivery ManagementStrong interpersonal and communication skillsWillingness to travel to client locations once a quarter for one week
