Marketing Strategy & Campaign LeadershipDesign, own, and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO, Paid Ads, Content, Email, Affiliates, and Influencer channels.Align marketing initiatives with company-level goals, product objectives, and revenue targets.Plan and lead:Product launchesCross-sell and upsell campaignsRetargeting and lifecycle marketing initiativesDrive campaigns end-to-end—from ideation and creative briefs to execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.2. Channel Ownership & Funnel OptimizationTake full ownership of one or more core growth channels and deliver measurable, consistent performance improvements.Build and optimize funnels across:Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → RetentionContinuously test and improve:Landing pagesCreatives and messagingCTAs and email sequencesIdentify bottlenecks and unlock growth through structured experimentation.3. Performance Tracking, Analytics & OptimizationTrack and analyze campaign performance using tools such as:GA4Looker StudioHotjarSEO and paid media platformsOwn key performance metrics including:CAC, LTV, ROASConversion rates, CTRRevenue impact and attributionRun A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses, document learnings, and scale what works.4. Content, Partnerships & Growth CollaborationsPartner with content, design, and external creators to produce high-converting assets.Support and scale affiliate and influencer programs, from recruitment to co-marketing campaigns.Ensure content strategies resonate with the right audience across:BlogsSocial platformsPartner and affiliate channels5. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationMentor and guide junior marketers (Associates / Specialists), helping them grow in execution and strategic thinking.Delegate effectively with clear briefs, timelines, and success metrics.Collaborate closely with:Product teams (positioning, launches)Design teams (UX, creatives)Engineering teams (tracking, experimentation)Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement.Required Skills & Experience4–7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven success in multi-channel growth.Strong ownership of at least one major channel: SEO, Paid Ads, Email, Content, Affiliates, or Influencers.Proficiency with analytics and performance tools:GA4, Looker StudioSemrush / AhrefsMeta Ads Manager, Google AdsUTM tracking and attributionExcellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.Strong understanding of:Conversion funnelsAttribution modelsCAC, LTV, and performance-driven growthComfortable leading campaigns, mentoring team members, and working cross-functionally.Highly analytical, execution-focused, and results-oriented.Nice to HaveExperience in WordPress, SaaS, or website builder ecosystemsFamiliarity with the workflows of designers, developers, and creatorsPrior experience managing affiliate or influencer partnershipsComfort using AI tools to accelerate research, copy, and workflowsKPIs for SuccessIncreased qualified traffic and conversions from owned channelsGrowth in signups, product revenue, and retentionImproved conversion rates across key funnelsExpansion and performance of affiliate/influencer partnershipsSuccessful execution of product launches and major campaignsImproved team velocity, clarity, and on-time deliveryCompensationJob Type: Full-time Work Location: Remote Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 – ₹2,400,000 per year (based on experience and impact)
