The role also involves providing day-to-day legal support, handling audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align legal processes with business needs.The Role:Manage the full contract lifecycle — drafting, reviewing, negotiating, execution, and renewals across vendors, customers, and partners.Maintain contract repositories and trackers to ensure timely compliance and amendments.Support corporate governance compliance under the Companies Act and internal policy frameworks.Oversee implementation and monitoring of key governance policies (ESG, ABAC, AML, etc.).Lead DPDP implementation — including privacy policies, consent frameworks, SOPs, and vendor DPAs.Provide ongoing legal support for regulatory queries, audits, diligence, and internal reviews.Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognised institution.2+ years of relevant experience (in-house preferred).Strong understanding of contracts, corporate law, and compliance.Mentality to build and enhance the function.Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.Most importantly, we are looking for passionate intrapreneurs who want to work at the grassroots level, drive impact in India’s biggest sector, & Help Farmers Win!
