Interested candidates, kindly mail to enpcareers.hr@Main Purpose: Accountable for delivering all geological inputs for exploratory, appraisal, and development activities, including well planning, subsurface target optimization, uncertainty and risk management, data integration and analysis, and providing inputs for operational decision-making.Job Accountabilities: • Responsible for efficient planning and delivery of subsurface geological inputs for exploratory, appraisal, and development activities. • Work with the Subsurface (Interpretation and RE) team to provide a unified concept in well planning, including stratigraphic correlation, target description, and planning of completion zones. • Review geological prognoses and well trajectories for development drilling. • Plan and acquire geological data to bridge data gaps and reduce uncertainty through enhanced field understanding. • Provide support to the Operations Geology team during geo-steering and drilling operations and deliver inputs for operational decisions. • Review scopes of work and conduct technical evaluations and recommendations for procuring subsurface materials and services. • Ensure timely completion and quality control of all geological reports, including WCRs. • Support pre- and post-drill geomechanical analyses. • Perform quality control of onsite and laboratory measurements on cores for coal characterization. • Ensure cross-functional communication with Projects, FC&A, P&C, D&C, etc., for all planning and execution related to operations and development. • Supervise well data management and well stock in ProSource, OpenWorks, and other relevant systems.Education Required: • M.Sc /M.Tech or PhD in GeologyExperience Required: • Minimum 5–10 years of relevant industry experience working in operational settings and well planning as part of a subsurface team in a major E&P company.Interested candidates, kindly mail to enpcareers.hr@
