Job Title: Senior Python GenAI Tester (AWS Stack)Employment Type: PermanentLocation: Hyderabad, IndiaExperience: 5–8 YearsJob OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Python GenAI Tester with strong experience in AI/Generative AI testing, AWS-based environments, and modern test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of agentic and GenAI-driven applications, working closely with development, product, and DevOps teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute test strategies for AI/Generative AI and agentic framework–based applicationsPerform functional, system, regression, in-sprint, SIT, and UAT testing across multiple environmentsValidate GenAI outputs, model behavior, workflows, and data accuracyDevelop and maintain test automation scripts using Python and Selenium (Java)Perform SQL and database testing to validate data integrity and backend processesIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using JenkinsPrepare and maintain RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix)Create detailed test reports, dashboards, and defect metrics for stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects early and improve overall qualityEnsure best practices in test design, execution, and documentationRequired Skills & Qualifications5–8 years of experience in software testing and quality assuranceStrong hands-on experience with Python-based testingExperience testing AI / Generative AI applications and agentic frameworksSolid knowledge of AWS cloud environmentsProficiency in Selenium with Java for test automationStrong experience in functional, system, SIT, UAT, regression, and in-sprint testingHands-on experience with SQL & database testingWorking knowledge of Jenkins and CI/CD integrationExperience in test design, execution, and defect managementStrong understanding of RTM and QA documentation standardsNice to HaveExposure to LLMs, prompt validation, and AI workflow testingExperience with performance or security testing in cloud environmentsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
