The rolerequires hands-on experience with H-1B Cap filings, Green Card (GC) processes, and coordination ofimmigration-related billing and compliance activities.Key Responsibilities:- File and manage in-house Labor Condition Applications (LCA) using the DOL FLAG system.- Handle H-1B Cap, H-1B Amendments, Extensions, and Transfers.- Manage Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD/PWC) filings and follow-ups.- Coordinate and manage PERM Labor Certification processes end-to-end.- Handle job postings, recruitment steps, and audit documentation for PERM compliance.- Coordinate with attorneys, employees, and business teams on GC and visa processes.- Track and maintain immigration case timelines, expirations, and compliance records.- Ensure compliance with DOL, USCIS, and internal immigration policies.- Review, track, and coordinate immigration-related invoices and payments.- Support responses to RFEs, audits, and notices in coordination with legal counsel.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in US immigration processing.- Strong experience with in-house LCA filings and H-1B Cap processing.- In-depth knowledge of GC processes including PERM, PWD/PWC, and recruitment steps.- Experience handling immigration billing, invoices, and vendor coordination.- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.- Ability to manage multiple cases and strict deadlines.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working in an IT consulting or staffing environment.- Familiarity with multi-state worksite compliance.- Prior experience working directly with US immigration attorneys is a plus.
