The consultant will be responsible for delivering compliant, scalable global trade processes aligned with regulatory requirements and business needs. This role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP GTS implementations, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live supportConfigure and support SAP GTS modules such as:Sanctioned Party List (SPL) ScreeningCustoms ManagementExport and Import ManagementCompliance ManagementProduct Classification (HTS, ECCN)Integrate SAP GTS with ECC and S/4HANA systems and related middlewareCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand global trade, logistics, and compliance requirementsTranslate regulatory and operational requirements into SAP GTS solutionsWork with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, and custom developmentsSupport system testing activities including SIT and UATPrepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and user training materialsProvide post-go-live support and issue resolutionIdentify opportunities for process improvement and system optimizationRequired Skills and Qualifications7+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP GTSAt least one full-cycle SAP GTS implementation experienceStrong functional knowledge of global trade compliance and customs processesHands-on experience configuring SAP GTS componentsExperience integrating SAP GTS with ECC or S/4HANA systemsStrong understanding of master data, organizational structures, and document flowsGood troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesPreferred SkillsExperience with SAP GTS Edition for HANA (E4H)Exposure to multi-country or global trade implementationsKnowledge of trade content providersExperience with SAP GTS upgrades or migrationsSAP GTS certificationIdeal Candidate ProfileSenior-level SAP GTS functional consultantStrong implementation and support backgroundDetail-oriented and delivery-focusedComfortable working independently in a contract roleStrong collaboration and communication skills
