Job Responsibilities:Execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, including carve-outsPerform detailed financial statement analysis, trial balance mapping, and reconciliationsPrepare databooks and analyze key financial and operational KPIsConduct Quality of Earnings (QoE), working capital, and trend analysisAnalyze and validate management and audited financial informationDraft sections of due diligence reports, including business overview, historical analysis, and QoE adjustmentsFrame management questions to identify financial, operational, and deal-related risksIdentify engagement risks and escalate issues in a timely and structured mannerEnsure high-quality deliverables in line with engagement timelines and internal quality standardsSupport Managers in methodology development, proposals, and internal initiativesKey Skills & Competencies:Strong technical knowledge of financial statements analysis and transaction accountingHands-on experience in Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services engagementsProficiency in databook preparation, trial balance mapping, and reconciliationsSolid understanding of QoE, working capital, and KPI analysisAdvanced Excel skills and ability to manage large and complex datasetsStrong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approachAbility to understand business models, industry dynamics, and deal driversStrong written and verbal business communication skillsHigh level of attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within teamsEducation / Professional Experience/ Qualifications:CA or MBA Finance with 1 to 3 years of experience into Financial Due Diligence.Interested candidates can share your updated profiles to gopika.api@
