Hiring: MS Dynamics CRM Technical Developer (10+ Years Experience)Location: BangaloreWork Mode: 100% RemoteShift: Night ShiftAvailability: Immediate Joiners PreferredJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Developer to assist in the design, development, and support of scalable CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to support enterprise business capabilities.Prepare detailed technical specifications for proposed solutions.Analyze workflows, business processes, and data flows; document solutions using MS Office and Visio.Develop and customize CRM components including forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business process flows, plugins, and reports.Participate in CRM application upgrades and perform post-installation activities such as smoke testing.Assist in coding product features and validate end-to-end execution and performance of business processes.Provide Level 3 application support to internal business users.Perform in-depth analysis to identify and resolve production issues.Ensure integrity and consistency of CRM data, workflows, reports, and filters.Demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.5+ years of development and configuration experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2011–2015 or equivalent).Strong core product knowledge with proven CRM development expertise.Experience working within a specific industry vertical is a plus.Solid software development practices, including design reviews, TDD, unit testing, and system integration testing.Extensive experience in Project Management and/or Scrum Master roles.Proven ability to provide technical oversight for large-scale, complex CRM implementations, managing scope, budget, resources, and timelines.EducationBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical qualification.Contact DetailsEmail: kishan.kumar@Phone: 7991149437Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply or share their profiles at the above contact details.
