This role involves end-to-end clinical study coordination, regulatory documentation, data quality oversight, and close collaboration with investigators and internal stakeholders. This position is well-suited for candidates with a strong academic background and hands-on exposure to clinical research who are looking to grow into a senior clinical research role.Job Description:• Conduct literature reviews and create synopsis for assigned studies.• Prepare documentation for the ethics committee and coordinate submission.• Collaborate with doctors or investigators for study coordination and site setup.• Train site staff, oversee study monitoring, and resolve issues during regular site visits.• Verify data consistency between CRFs and patient clinical notes.• Supervise CRF collection, data entry, and conduct quality checks.• Facilitate regular team meetings to review ongoing studies and reports.• Archive study documentation and maintain correspondence records.• Prepare final reports and contribute to manuscript preparation for publications. Qualifications & ExperiencePh.D. in Oncology0–1 year of experience in Clinical ResearchKnowledge of ICH-GCP guidelinesExperience in patient data handling and clinical documentationProficiency in Google Workspace or similar tools Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams; Proven track record of research productivity, including publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference presentations.Travel requirements: Willing to travel pan-India depending on project requirements.Language: Proficiency in English and multiple Indian languages.
