Job Description – Clearance & Settlement / Trade Operations (Middle Office) Employment Type:Full-time Location:Gurugram (On-site) Experience:6 months – 3 years Preference:Immediate Joiners Role Overview: The role involves supporting end-to-endclearing & settlement and trade operationsactivities, ensuring accurate settlement of trades, timely reconciliation, and compliance with regulatory and NISM guidelines. The position works closely with brokers, custodians, exchanges, and internal stakeholders. Relevant Experience (Shortlisting Criteria): Minimum6 months of experienceinClearing & Settlement, Trade Operations, or Middle Officeroles. Hands-on exposure toequity settlement cycles (T+1 / T+2) . Experience working withbrokers, custodians, clearing corporations, or exchanges . Knowledge oftrade reconciliations, settlement breaks, and exception handling . Exposure toNSE / BSE settlement processesis preferred. Key Skills Required: Strong understanding of thetrade lifecycle . Knowledge ofclearing & settlement processes . Reconciliation and break resolutionskills. Proficiency inExcel and MIS reporting . Understanding ofregulatory requirements and NISM guidelines . Highattention to detailand process discipline. Strongstakeholder coordination and communication skills . Role Responsibilities: Execute and monitorequity, ETF, and crypto tradesas per mandates. Coordinate withexchanges, brokers, custodians, and internal teamsfor smooth trade settlement. Reconciletrades, positions, and funds , identifying and resolving discrepancies. Monitorsettlement cycles (T+1 / T+2)and manage exceptions or failed trades. Ensure compliance withregulatory norms and NISM guidelines . Maintainaccurate, audit-ready records, MIS, and reportsfor compliance and internal review.
