Designation- Treasury Lead Analyst (Manufacturing sector experience is a must)Company- US MNC, Location- Navi MumbaiThe Position “Treasury Lead Analyst” reports to the Finance Director.Key Responsibilities:Cash Management:Weekly, monthly and annual forecasting & reporting of global cash balancesPartnering with country treasury leads and finance heads to analyze their forecasting and drive improvements to increase accuracy of reports to managementLead cash flow forecasting that is reporting to executive management on a fortnightly basisLead the cash repatriation process from the global subsidiaries to the headquarters in the USAChange Management:Maximize the use from the Trovata platform (Treasury Management System), including machine learning forecasting and reporting dashboard creationEnhance and re-visit cash forecasting reports for better visibility to drive data-driven decision making by the managementPeople ManagementManage 1 direct report (Treasury Associate) and be responsible for his/her career growthAccounting Manager Requirements:Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of post-qualification experienceExperience in working with a MNC in cash management / treasury functionAbility to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills.Understanding of financial data analysis and reporting.Advanced computer skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.The Person:The successful candidate must bring a high level of ethical and intellectual values.Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively with all levels in the organization.Communication as a critical skill.
