ServiceNow IRM specialist - 12 months - India/RemoteKey ResponsibilitiesLead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules, including:Advanced RiskAudit ManagementPolicy and Compliance ManagementVendor Risk Management (VRM)Regulatory Change ManagementBusiness Continuity Management (BCM)Design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM). Configure and customize functional data such as notifications, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reporting.Develop and manage script objects, including:Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), Flows and WorkflowsHands-on experience working with CMDB and CSDM capabilities.Preferred Qualifications/Certifications:* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (GRC CIS).* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).If interested, please apply with your latest CV and best number to reach you on. chloe.carr@
