About the RoleWe are hiring a Flutter Frontend Developer to build a high-performance, real-time trading platform GUI from scratch. You will work on Flutter Desktop, Web, and Mobile applications that present large volumes of streaming market data with low latency and high throughput. Experience in finance—particularly fixed income or electronic trading—is strongly preferred.What You’ll DoBuild and own end-to-end Flutter applications across Desktop, Web, and Mobile, with a primary focus on a professional trading GUI.Design and implement real-time UI components for market data (prices, depth, orders, trades, positions, risk) with a performance-first approach.Develop scalable frontend architecture: component libraries, state management, navigation, theming, and reusable UI patterns.Optimize rendering and data update pipelines to handle high-frequency tick streams and bursty throughput without UI degradation.Collaborate with backend engineers on API design and streaming integration (WebSockets, gRPC streaming, pub/sub), including caching and message contracts.Apply strong UI/UX principles to deliver intuitive, trader-friendly workflows (watchlists, blotters, order entry, charts, alerts).Contribute to engineering excellence: code reviews, testing strategy, CI/CD practices, documentation, and performance profiling.Required Qualifications3–5 years of professional software development experience with strong ownership and delivery.Strong hands-on experience in Flutter/Dart with production-grade architecture.Experience building Flutter Desktop, Web, and Mobile applications.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).Experience developing data-intensive, real-time GUIs (high frequency/high throughput) with performance optimization.Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals: usability, information hierarchy, responsiveness, accessibility, and interaction design.Excellent communication skills—able to articulate technical decisions, collaborate effectively in a remote team, and align with product stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in finance/capital markets, especially fixed income or electronic trading platforms.Familiarity with trading workflows: order tickets, blotters, market depth/ladder views, charts, positions, and risk dashboards.Experience with real-time streaming and messaging patterns: WebSockets, gRPC streaming, pub/sub.Experience with profiling and performance tuning across platforms (desktop rendering, web performance, mobile responsiveness).Tech Stack (Representative)Flutter (Desktop/Web/Mobile), DartReal-time streaming via WebSockets / gRPC (or similar)Event-driven architectures and modern backend integrationCI/CD, testing automation, performance monitoringWhat Success Looks LikeA stable, fast, professional-grade trading UI that can handle sustained real-time updates without lag.Maintainable architecture enabling rapid iteration and feature expansion across desktop, web, and mobile.Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear technical communication in a distributed environment.How to ApplyApply on LinkedIn and include:Resume or LinkedIn profileLinks to relevant work (GitHub, portfolio, shipped apps, screenshots/videos)A short note highlighting your experience with real-time/data-intensive UIs and Flutter multi-platform delivery
