Job Title: Change Management AnalystLocation: India - Remote IST (with collaboration across US and India teams) OverviewThe Change Management Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring organizational changes are implemented smoothly and effectively, minimizing disruption to business operations. This position supports change initiatives, analyzes impacts, and facilitates communication and training to drive adoption and behavioral change. Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesMonitor time-tracking compliance daily and weekly; analyze trends and identify gaps.Determine training or guidance needed for employees and managers regarding timesheet responsibilities.Draft communications and create engaging PowerPoint presentations to support strategic initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders to execute organizational strategies and foster adoption using principles of organizational psychology. Key ResponsibilitiesChange Planning & DocumentationDevelop and maintain Change Management plans, including stakeholder identification, goals, and timelines.Create readiness checklists and documentation for transformation initiatives.Stakeholder Engagement & CommunicationGather feedback and assist in creating consistent messaging for organizational change.Prepare status updates and reports for leadership and stakeholders.Impact & Readiness ActivitiesContribute to Change Impact Assessments to evaluate effects on processes and teams.Assist in preparing and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and office hours for employees adapting to change.Collaboration & CoordinationProvide administrative and coordination support for change management activities.Participate in brainstorming and process-definition sessions with SMEs and stakeholders.Continuous ImprovementDocument lessons learned, outcomes, and challenges throughout the change process. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.Experience: 1–3 years in change management, project management, organizational development, or related programs (internships/projects acceptable).Preferred: Familiarity with change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter); PROSCI ADKAR certification desired. Skills & ToolsStrong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with leadership and stakeholders.Ability to create clear documentation and simple visualizations for diverse audiences.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and adaptability.Proactive mindset with problem-solving and continuous improvement focus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management tools. Work EnvironmentProfessional office setting; remote work with collaboration across US and India teams.May require occasional travel or extended hours to meet project deadlines.
