Xcitium is rapidly scaling its engineering team and looking for exceptional Frontend Developers who want to help build the user-facing experiences of our next-generation cybersecurity platform. This is an opportunity to craft intuitive, high-performance interfaces for complex, enterprise-grade security systems—trusted globally for endpoint protection, ZeroDwell™ virtualization, MDR, and integrated security management.You will work on a unified platform portal that brings together multiple cybersecurity products into a seamless, cohesive user experience. Behind these interfaces lie sophisticated systems processing massive volumes of security telemetry and big data streams. Your role is to translate this complexity into elegant, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces that empower security teams worldwide.You will join an Agile/Scrum environment where quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement define how we operate. Expect to solve challenging frontend architecture problems, contribute to design system evolution, and help deliver interfaces with exceptional performance and usability.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain modern, responsive web applications for Xcitium's unified security platform portal.Build scalable, reusable component architectures that support multiple integrated security products within a single platform.Collaborate closely with product managers and backend engineers to translate complex cybersecurity requirements into intuitive user interfaces.Develop high-performance frontend solutions capable of visualizing and interacting with large volumes of security telemetry and real-time data streams.Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices and coding standards.Implement responsive designs ensuring seamless experiences across devices and browsers.Participate in architectural discussions, design system reviews, and code reviews.Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, debugging, and problem-solving.Optimize application performance, including load times, rendering efficiency, and runtime performance.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web accessibility standards (WCAG).Continuously improve frontend workflows, build processes, and development practices.Own features from design implementation through deployment and user feedback iteration.Minimum QualificationsB.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.3+ years of professional frontend development experience building complex web applications.Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern ES6+ features.Hands-on experience with AngularJS and Vue.js frameworks.Solid understanding of Bootstrap and Element Plus component libraries.Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS methodologies (BEM, CSS Modules, or similar).Experience with state management solutions (Vuex, Pinia, or similar).Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.Proficiency with modern build tools and module bundlers (Webpack, Vite, or similar).Experience with version control systems, particularly Git and collaborative workflows.Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.Proven ability to leverage AI tools for code generation, debugging, documentation, and accelerating development workflows.Strong understanding of prompt engineering and best practices for collaborating effectively with AI systems.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred QualificationsExperience building data visualization dashboards or real-time monitoring interfaces.Familiarity with design systems and component library development.Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques and tools (Lighthouse, WebPageTest).Understanding of web security best practices (XSS prevention, CSRF protection, CSP).Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, Cypress, Playwright).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for frontend applications.Experience working with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) and translating designs to code.Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA or higher) and inclusive design principles.Experience with micro-frontend architectures or module federation.Portfolio or GitHub profile demonstrating high-quality frontend work.What We OfferThe opportunity to shape the user experience of Xcitium's cybersecurity platform used globally across enterprises, government agencies, and MSPs.Work on cutting-edge security interfaces including real-time threat monitoring, ZeroDwell™ virtualization controls, MDR dashboards, and unified security management portals.Tackle unique frontend challenges—visualizing complex security data, building responsive enterprise dashboards, and creating intuitive workflows for cybersecurity professionals.A culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous growth with opportunities to influence our design system and frontend architecture.Access to advanced AI-driven development workflows to maximize your productivity and creativity.Collaborative environment working alongside talented designers, product managers, and backend engineers.Remote work flexibility with a team spanning multiple time zones.Your work will directly impact the security posture of millions of protected endpoints worldwide.Why Join Xcitium as a Frontend Developer?At Xcitium, frontend development isn't just about building interfaces—it's about making enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible and actionable.
