Daily responsibilities include conducting surveys, facilitating dialogues, writing policy briefs, creating impactful communication materials, and collaborating on outreach strategies. Fellows will also support ongoing programs and contribute to developing a participatory political ecosystem.Qualifications- Research and data analysis skills to understand public needs and policy frameworks - Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation abilities - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for community engagement and dialogue facilitation - An understanding of public policy, governance, or related fields - Ability to collaborate with teams, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic environments - Passion for social change, inclusiveness, and participatory decision-making - Experience in grassroots initiatives or political awareness campaigns is a plus - Hold a bachelor's or higher degree in Political Science, Sociology, Communication, or a related discipline
