The Motor Claim Assessor will be responsible for evaluating and processing vehicle insurance claims, reviewing and validating claim documents, and ensuring compliance with guidelines and standards. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve claim inquiries and efficiently handle claims. Analytical assessment and communication will be key aspects of daily activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate claim resolutions.Qualifications- Proficiency in Claims Management, Insurance Claims, and Claims Handling - Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and process claims efficiently - Excellent Communication skills for interactions with internal teams and external stakeholders - Attention to detail and ability to adhere to compliance and industry standards - Problem-solving aptitude and customer-centric approach - Previous experience with auto claims or the insurance industry will be an advantage
