Key Responsibilities:- Implement and configure Oracle CX Order Management Cloud solutions to meet business requirements. - Work on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, and invoicing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless integration. - Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design. - Develop and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials. - Support data migration, UAT, and production deployment. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order management workflows.Required Skills:- 7 years of relevant experience. - Strong expertise in Oracle CX Order Management Cloud modules. - Hands-on experience with Order Orchestration, Pricing, and Integration with ERP. - Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for Oracle CX integrations. - Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Applications and related modules (Inventory, Shipping, Billing). - Ability to work on complex configurations and customizations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills :- Experience with Oracle CPQ, OIC - Understanding of OM extensions using Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
