Job Description We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, and smart Sales & Marketing Executive/ Manager with proven experience and a passion for selling online nanotechnology solutions/ microscopy solutions/ analytical systems to senior scientists/ researchers.You will be responsible for selling to new prospects as well as farming back into the existing customer base to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction, and contribution to the overall sales team and business success.Responsibilities:Support the sales team by promoting and/or selling products to prospective account baseSupport in expanding customer base through cold calls/ emails/ meeting prospective customers PAN IndiaUtilise existing network and form a new network of clients for understanding market needsPartner with other sales executives to plan, prepare and execute strategic dealsSuccessfully match customer requirements to proposed products/solutionsCreate and deliver powerful presentations, videos, and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value propositionManage all technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses along with end-to-end tender documentation process as per client requirementsUnderstand and effectively communicate client needs to the seniors such that they can communicate to principals and/or OEMs for future product enhancementsUnderstand the competitive landscape and develop comparative statements for all productsCollect and document competitive intelligenceSupport Marketing team through designing of social media posts, flyers, newsletter content compilations etc.Requirements and skills:Must Have:Qualifications: Sales & Marketing Executive for Nanotechnology -> B.Tech/ B.Sc/ M.Tech/ M.Sc Materials Science/ Nanotechnology/ Physics/ Instrumentation/ ElectronicsWork Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven work experience as a Sales Executive/ Engineer/ Manager for selling high-end and sophisticated nanotechnology/ microscopy solutions, advanced analytical toolsCommunication skills: Medium Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skillsWillingness to travel around 50% of the month across IndiaBase Location: New DelhiGood to Have:Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with scientific/industrial fraternityAbility to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand mannerSolid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in selling/servicing online microscopy/ analytical tools Excellent presentation and creativity skills
