We control the full manufacturing cycle—from cocoa bean sourcing to finished chocolate—and are now strengthening our factory leadership as we scale.We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Factory Head who can run a clean, efficient, and predictable production operation.ROLE OVERVIEWYou will own end-to-end factory operations, with direct responsibility for production output, quality consistency, people management, and operational efficiency. This is a leadership role for someone who is comfortable on the shop floor and confident running a small but serious manufacturing setup.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• End-to-end bean-to-bar production: roasting, refining, conching, tempering, moulding, packaging, and dispatch  • Production planning and execution (daily / weekly / monthly) aligned with demand  • Maintaining batch-to-batch quality consistency across SKUs  • Implementing and enforcing food safety, GMP, and SOPs (HACCP / FSSC-aligned)  • Leading, training, and managing factory staff and machine operators  • Preventive maintenance planning and minimising machine downtime  • Driving process improvements, yield optimisation, and waste reduction  • Supporting product trials and scale-up of new formulations  • Production plan adherence:• Yield & wastage control: continuous improvement quarter-on-quarter  WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR• 3+ years of hands-on experience in chocolate, confectionery, or closely related food manufacturing  • Strong working knowledge of chocolate processing and plant operations  • Prior responsibility for people, machines, and quality  • Comfortable in a small, owner-driven manufacturing environment with high accountability  • Willing to lead from the shop floor, not from a desk  WHAT WE OFFER• Competitive compensation aligned with experience  • Food and accommodation support  • A chance to build and run a premium manufacturing operation with real ownership
