Our portfolio spans agriculture, infrastructure, livelihoods, social protection, skill development, renewable energy, and institutional strengthening projects. We work with governments, multilaterals, and public sector institutions to deliver evidence-based research, policy insights, and transformational field interventions.We are expanding our evaluation and research team for an upcoming social sector program and invite applications from experienced professionals for the following roles (based in Shillong, Meghalaya):Available Positions1️⃣ Monitoring & Evaluation SpecialistKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks for multi-state social development programs.Lead baseline, midline, and endline evaluations.Manage mixed-method research cycles with strong data quality controls.Convert findings into actionable insights for donors and implementation partners.Required QualificationsDoctorate / Postgraduate degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Public Health, or related fields.Minimum 10 years of professional experience in monitoring & evaluation of social sector projects.Proven expertise in large-scale surveys and mixed-method evaluations.2️⃣ MIS Specialist (Digital Data & Analytics)Key ResponsibilitiesManage digital data collection platforms across field locations.Develop real-time dashboards and analytics systems.Integrate data quality assurance protocols into MIS workflows.Provide technical support and training to field research teams.Required QualificationsPostgraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related fields.At least 8 years of experience managing digital data platforms.Mandatory proficiency in ODK / Kobo / SurveyCTO / Zoho.Strong experience in dashboarding and real-time analytics.3️⃣ Data AnalystKey ResponsibilitiesClean, validate, and manage large-scale primary survey datasets.Conduct statistical analysis and generate evidence-based insights.Prepare analytical reports and visualizations for client presentations.Support design of data structures for new research initiatives.Required QualificationsGraduate / Postgraduate in Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, or related fields.5–8 years of experience in survey data analysis and report writing.Prior experience in social sector or development research preferred.4️⃣ Sampling Design & Qualitative Research SpecialistKey ResponsibilitiesDesign robust and representative sampling strategies.Lead FGDs, KIIs, and participatory rural appraisal exercises.Establish structured community feedback mechanisms.Build capacity of field teams on qualitative inquiry and bias control.Required QualificationsPostgraduate degree in Social Sciences or related disciplines.Minimum 7 years of experience in participatory and qualitative research.Demonstrated experience in Sampling Design, FGDs, and Community Research.LocationShillong, MeghalayaPreference will be given to candidates from or originally belonging to North-Eastern states.How to ApplyInterested candidates may apply by email with the following:Updated CVCover note mentioning relevant experience and current CTCClearly mention the position applied for in the email subject line Email ID: consult@ Subject Line Format: Application – – Shillong
