You will ensure that mechanical systems are installed, tested, and commissioned safely and efficiently, meeting project specifications, redundancy requirements, and operational readiness.At ALEMCO, we’re about more than just building iconic structures - we’re about building exceptional careers. Join us to deliver Project Planning and Controls initiatives that directly shape our business success, from sourcing candidates to enhancing candidate experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate commissioning, and functional testing of mechanical systemsEnsure mechanical equipment installations are complete and ready for commissioningCoordinate with commissioning engineers, contractors, vendors, QA/QC, and safety teamsExecute and witness functional tests, performance validation, and integrated system testingIdentify, track, and close mechanical punch list items during commissioningEnsure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and safety proceduresMaintain commissioning records, checklists, and handover documentationSupport final handover of mechanical systems to operations and facilities management teamsMechanical Systems ScopePumps, piping, and valves (chilled water, hot water, domestic water, and drainage systems)Chillers, cooling towers, and HVAC-related mechanical equipmentBoilers, heat exchangers, and other process/mechanical units (if applicable)Firefighting pumps, plumbing, and water-based systemsCompressed air and gas systems (if applicable)Integration with building management systems (BMS) for mechanical equipment monitoring and controlWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 5 years of experience in MEP commissioning, preferably in a Foreman or supervisory role.Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing networks, and associated controls.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and commissioning documentation.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Relevant trade certification or technical engineering qualification preferred.Knowledge of commissioning software, tools, and reporting platforms is a plus.What We OfferTotal package of salary, UAE Employment Visa, Medical Insurance & Annual ticket allowance.The chance to contribute to some of the UAE's most iconic projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to Lead?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join ALEMCO and shape the future of infrastructure delivery in the UAE.Apply today and be part of something extraordinary.
