Job Title

Responsibilities1. Coordination with all consultants (MEP, STRUCTURAL, LIASONING, LANDSCAPE, INTERIOR,) to geterror free drawings with clarity on ALL finishing and details.2. Communicating with the Consultants & Scheduling design coordination meetings. 3. Follow up with each consultant for the deliverables. 4. Study the drawings & BOQ received from the consultants prior to issue on site.5. Checking, studying & revising the drawings once given by the consultants 6. Performing Site Visits during construction whenever necessary for the Verification/checking. 7. Coordination with the Surveyor for the Plot boundary marking, Contour survey, Levels, Treesposition etc. 8. Preparing Design Concepts, Presentations, 3d Views, Working Drawings, BOQ etc for the InhouseProjects.Qualifications 1) Bachelors degree in architecture (B.Arch) 2) 5 + years of experience in construction and architecture 3) Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills 4) Proficient in AutoCAD and SKETCHUP, REVIT, MS OFFICE, PHOTOSHOP ETC
