To ensure smooth working of all the front-end operations related to accounts servicing and relationship management in order to generate and more revenue.ResponsibilitiesBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & ANALYSISBuild strong business relationship with Category decision makers of in different categoriesEstablish business targets and regional performance goals, in discussion with the MT & Ecom Head, and ensure execution of the overall strategy to realize the target revenues.Drive market intelligence to identify market trends, customer preferences, competitive action, new product introductions, etc. to build and implement sales strategyManage the sales budget and ensure internal spends (operating costs) are within the allocated budget.NPI Listing and linking: Should have strong relationships with accounts to deliver NPI listing and linking as per stipulated timelinesBUSINESS OPERATIONS & MANAGEMENT• Liaison with Delmonte supply chain and account operations team to drive business efficiency parameters- In stock and fill rates• Commercial Hygiene: Ensure smooth cash flow by collecting payments on time and quarterly reconciliation with the help of commercial team• Claims Management: Ensure claims are within budget and settled with commercial team on month level.COMMERCIAL & COMPLAINT HANDLING• All TOT’s, agreements to be negotiated, discussed and closed with help of relevant team members• All claims, CNs to be settled on monthly basis• All account ledgers to be settled and signed off with customer on Quarterly basisDel Monte Foods Private Limited• Ensuring that all payments are made within the Credit limit timelines and any exception to be requested for approval proactively• Complaints to be taken up with Quality team at pace and CAPA to be delivered well within timeQualificationsGraduation: Any specializationPost-Graduation (Must have) : PGDM/ MBA in Marketing or Sales Management.3+ years' of Experience of handling the key accounts in a FMCG companyStrong verbal or written communication skills
