CMK Resources is searching for a Project Manager to lead an integration best practices initiative for a global technology client. This role focuses on driving alignment between two major product engineering teams and ensuring their combined work results in scalable, repeatable best practices that can be delivered to enterprise customers.The ideal candidate is a seasoned project manager who thrives in cross-functional environments, excels at building structure, and knows how to drive clarity across complex technical workstreams.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a comprehensive project plan for the integration initiativeDefine key milestones, deliverables, and success criteriaBuild governance documentation, including status reporting, project structure, and communication workflowsServe as the primary liaison between two global product engineering organizationsFacilitate collaboration, ensure alignment, and support decision-making across stakeholdersIdentify gaps, risks, and dependencies and keep teams moving toward shared outcomesSupport the creation of technical best practices that the client can take to market for broader customer adoptionCoordinate cross-team workshops, milestone reviews, and integration checkpointsTrack progress and ensure the initiative is executed on time and to scopeRequired Experience7 or more years of project management experience in enterprise technology environmentsProven background working across engineering or product teamsStrong understanding of technical program structures, milestones, and governanceAbility to drive alignment and communication between globally distributed teamsExceptional organizational, documentation, and facilitation skillsExperience working within matrixed organizations supporting product, engineering, and go-to-market teamsLocationAbility to travel occasionally, up to 4 times per year to Europe
