Job Title

We are seeking a Senior Canada & Australia Immigration Advisor to lead and manage high-value client portfolios, provide expert counselling, and guide clients through complex PR, study, work, and visitor visa processes. The role requires in-depth knowledge of Canadian and Australian immigration policies and strong leadership skills to mentor junior advisors.Key Responsibilities: -Provide advanced counselling for Canada & Australia immigration programs, including PR, PNP, Express Entry, Study, Work, and Visitor visas.Assess complex client profiles and recommend the most suitable immigration pathways.Lead end-to-end visa application processing and documentation review.Mentor and guide junior immigration advisors, ensuring high-quality client service.Keep abreast of latest immigration policies, program changes, and compliance requirements.Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure trust and successful conversions.Training and coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth application submissions.Monitor team performance, provide insights, and support sales/conversion targets.Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / Postgraduate (any discipline).
