The role focuses on standardizing incident response and escalation through FlexiCore playbooks, overseeing threat monitoring and cross-cluster coordination, and integrating signals from CCTV, ACS, and IoT for enhanced situational awareness. It aims to improve response times, ensure high-quality evidence for investigations, and deliver actionable insights to leadership through dashboards and reporting, while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesCentralized Security OperationsManage and centralize real-time security and safety operations across all properties to ensure consistent standards and rapid response.ISSOC LeadershipLead staffing, define SOPs, and oversee shift operations with measurable SLAs for efficiency and compliance.Incident Response StandardizationImplement and maintain standardized incident response and escalation protocols using FlexiCore playbooks.Threat Monitoring & CoordinationOversee threat monitoring, incident triage, and ensure cross-cluster coordination for timely resolution.Technology IntegrationIntegrate signals from CCTV, ACS, and IoT systems to enhance situational awareness and proactive threat detection.Reporting & DashboardsDrive integration of data into FlexiCore dashboards and provide actionable reports to leadership.Quality of Evidence & InvestigationsImprove response times and ensure high-quality evidence collection for investigations.Exercises & ComplianceConduct tabletop exercises and liaise with law enforcement agencies as required for compliance and preparedness.Key InterfacesInternal: SOC, FlexiCore Product Team, Cluster/Property Security Teams, Leadership, IT & IoT TeamsExternal: Law Enforcement Agencies, Technology Vendors, Cybersecurity ConsultantsRequired Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory), Master’s preferredExperience: 12–18 years in command center/security operations leadership, crisis management, threat monitoring, and technology integration (CCTV, ACS, IoT)Languages: English (mandatory), Hindi/regional (preferred)Desired Competency ProfileBehavioural: Integrity, Leadership under pressure, Effective communication, Collaboration, Analytical thinking, Adaptability, Result orientationFunctional/Technical: Command center operations, Incident response frameworks, Threat monitoring, Technology integration, Dashboard reporting, Evidence management, Compliance exercises
