NRT is also the first Indian company to work under a CRADA with USAFRL since August 2019 and the first to demonstrate swarm flights in Japan.Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented UAV Pilot to join our Flight Operations team. This role involves supporting UAV missions, conducting flight checks, assisting in flight testing, and ensuring safe, compliant drone operations. It is ideal for candidates eager to gain hands-on experience in mission-critical and field-based UAV environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate UAVs for testing, training, field missions, and data collectionConduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections, checklists, and documentationAssist in flight testing of engineering prototypes, including tuning and performance assessmentFollow SOPs, OEM guidelines, and regulatory requirementsMaintain flight logs and report anomalies or safety concernsSupport UAV assembly, disassembly, battery management, and basic troubleshootingCoordinate with engineers, technicians, and mission teams during operationsRequired Qualifications2-6 years of experience in UAV operations, flight testing, or related aviation activities (freshers with strong fundamentals may be considered)Basic knowledge of UAV systems, aviation safety, or remote aircraft operationsAbility to follow SOPs, checklists, and technical guidelinesStrong attention to detail, situational awareness, and teamwork skillsWillingness to travel and work in field-based operational environmentsPreferred Qualifications (Good to Have)DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (Small/Medium category)Experience with ArduPilot / ArduCopterBasic understanding of electronics, batteries, and RF systemsFamiliarity with mission planning and flight logging toolsWorking ConditionsOutdoor and field operations in varied and challenging environmentsFlexible working hours aligned with mission requirementsTravel to test sites, training locations, or operational zones as needed
