Job Description

Venti Oelde India Private Limited is seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Engineer – Services to join our Service Department.This role is responsible for end-to-end service execution of industrial fan systems, including installation supervision, commissioning, troubleshooting, shutdown services, and client coordination. The position requires strong field exposure, technical expertise, and the ability to independently manage service assignments while mentoring junior engineers.You will work closely with customers, internal engineering teams, and vendors to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality service delivery across domestic and international projects.Employment TypeFull-time (6 months' probation period followed by permanent position)QualificationBachelor’s degree in mechanical / industrial / production engineeringDiploma engineers with strong service experience in industrial equipment may also be consideredExperience3–6 years of relevant experience in industrial equipment / machinery servicePrior experience in fans, blowers, rotating equipment, or heavy machinery will be an added advantage Compensation OfferedAs per industry standards and experienceKey ResponsibilitiesIndependently lead installation, commissioning, and testing of industrial fans and related systemsDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and operational issues at customer sitesPlan and execute preventive, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance activitiesPrepare and review service reports, commissioning records, and technical documentationCoordinate with customers, project teams, design, and manufacturing for service executionSupervise and guide junior service engineers and technicians at siteEnsure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company policiesSupport clients with technical advice, root cause analysis, and improvement recommendationsMaintain service logs, spares usage, tools, and inventory documentationParticipate in technical discussions with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teamsRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, and industrial fansHands-on experience in field service, commissioning, troubleshooting, alignment and dynamic balancingKnowledge of maintenance practices for rotor, bearings, and drive systemsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manualsGood communication skills for client interaction and coordinationWillingness to travel extensively across India and abroadStrong problem-solving skills with a structured and safety-focused approachAbility to work independently and lead site activitiesCareer GrowthCandidates who demonstrate strong technical aptitude, dedication, and alignment with company values during the probation period may be offered a permanent position based on management review after 6 months.This role offers long-term growth opportunities into Lead Service Engineer / Service Manager positions based on performance, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities. How to applyApply here on or before 12th Jan 2026.For any queries, you can contact here or on hr@
