We at Jio are having open positions for Home delivery Lead.Ideal Qualification Any Graduate, Post Graduate, MBA preferred Experience - Graduate: 4-8 Years / MBA: Min. 2-6 yearsJob Description Responsible for Jio Home Delivery (JHD) in JC Operation. Manage and supervise various outbound channels to ensure high service, levels for JHD customers. Recruit, train & deploy outbound direct sales agents in JC area as, per the given target. Monitor refresher training on JHD process and product knowledge to, agents. Drive Lead Acceptance & Lead Delivery on day to today basis. Ensure JC Level Master Configurations on JHD platform - Agents Stores, PIN Codes, Products. JC territory planning to ensure 100% manning coverage. Supervise and manage General Trade & Own Store promoters (xDSS) for, Home Delivery. Propose improvements to ensure augmented customer experience. Monitor and gather competition/industry plan, initiatives, policies and best practicesSkills and Competencies Direct sales, D2C exposure Knowledge of managing , supervising direct sales teams of min 8-10,people. Knowledge of product and market. Knowledge of Direct Sales Practices. Team Recruitment Skills. Target orientation Customer focus
