We are seeking aTechnical Talent Acquisition Leadwith strong exposure tofactory environmentsto lead sourcing and first-stage screening for roles including: Bakers (industrial & semi-industrial) Production operators Drivers Maintenance & technical staff General factory workforce This isnot a CV-processing or desk-based recruiter role .
