The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing HR policies, providing training and development programs, and handling conflict resolution. The role is key to fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.Qualifications Proficiency in Recruitment, Candidate Screening, and Interviewing Experience in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Training & Development Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws Skills in Conflict Resolution, Communication, and Employee Relations Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals Proven organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in an e-commerce or similar fast-paced industry is a plus
