This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, data-driven execution, and people management. You will lead growth initiatives spanning acquisition, activation, retention, and referrals while collaborating closely with product, marketing, technology, and customer-facing teams.You will also mentor and manage team members, take ownership of key growth metrics, and ensure that experiments translate into sustainable business impact.Key Responsibilities- Own and drive the company’s growth strategy across channels including SEO, paid marketing, referrals, and retention campaigns. - Lead and manage a small growth team, providing guidance, direction, and performance feedback. - Analyze complex, open-ended business and growth challenges across product, operations, and customer success teams. - Interpret product usage, funnel, and cohort data to identify growth levers and improvement opportunities. - Design, execute, and scale growth experiments across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. - Plan and execute marketing campaigns including performance marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and referral programs. - Conduct SEO strategy planning, performance tracking, and optimization in coordination with internal or external teams. - Track growth KPIs, create dashboards, and present insights and recommendations to leadership. - Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and internal process audits to inform growth initiatives. - Take end-to-end ownership of growth projects—from ideation and prioritization to execution and measurement.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Liberal Arts, or a related field. - 2+ years of relevant work experience in growth, product growth, performance marketing, or a similar role. - Prior experience managing or mentoring team members is required. - Hands-on experience with SEO, paid marketing (Google/Facebook/LinkedIn), and growth campaigns (referral, retention, lifecycle). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to experimentation. - Proven ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently from concept to execution. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting insights to stakeholders. - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, analytics tools, or growth platforms is a plus.What We’re Looking ForA growth-minded professional who can think strategically while executing tactically.Someone comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.A leader who can balance hands-on execution with team management and cross-functional collaboration.Location - MumbaiCompany Profile - Buy and Sell Unlisted Shares Online in India | Pre IPO Shares Platform | PrecizeLinkedIn - Precize: Overview | LinkedIn
