Job Description

Job Title: MIS Executive – Sales Support & Reporting Location: Santacruz, Mumbai Department: Sales / Operations Reporting To: Sales Head / Regional Manager Job Purpose: To support the Sales and Operations team with timely, accurate data reporting, tracking, and administrative coordination, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks and processes. Key Responsibilities: Daily Reporting & Trend Analysis: Maintain and update daily sales reports, claim tracking, and sample requirement logs. Track and analyze sales trends to assist the management team in decision-making. Collection & Secondary Sales Tracking: Monitor collections against targets and highlight discrepancies. Ensure timely updates of secondary sales data from field teams. Modern Trade (MT) Coordination: Manage PO processing for MT – including PO values, line items, and documentation. Coordinate with MT accounts for accurate and timely SO creation. Market Support & Travel Backup: Serve as the reporting and communication bridge when the sales team is on field travel. Ensure continuous data flow and reporting during market visits. Administrative Support: Handle pending admin tasks (e.G., claim entry, report submission) that often get delayed by field sales. Promoter & Sales Team Monitoring: Track daily promoter sales and field force movement. Share dashboards or summaries with respective teams. HR Coordination: Maintain recruitment tracking sheets and update hiring statuses. Provision Management: Support monthly provision planning and record-keeping for expenses, promotions, etc. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate in Commerce, Business, or related field - 1–3 years of experience in MIS/Sales Coordination/Admin roles - Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Automation) - Familiar with PO/SO management in FMCG or retail is a plus - Strong coordination, time management, and communication skills
