The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in HR management, particularly in recruiting for real estate sales roles. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and general HR operations to ensure a positive work environment and seamless functioning of the HR department.Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for real estate sales positions. This includes sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring timely hiring. - Employee Onboarding: Oversee the smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture and equipped with the tools to succeed. - Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a healthy employee-manager relationship. - Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement. - HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure that all HR processes, policies, and practices comply with applicable laws and company standards. - Training and Development: Identify training needs for employees and help organize relevant workshops or sessions for skill enhancement and professional growth. - Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. - Payroll and Benefits: Assist with salary and benefits administration in coordination with finance teams, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.Qualifications:- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on real estate sales recruitment.
