Head Chef Corporate Office & Divisional Canteens We are looking for an experiencedChief Cook & Canteen Managerto manage and oversee canteen operations across ourCorporate Office and 3 Divisions , ensuring quality food, cost control, hygiene, and smooth manpower management.Eligibility & Requirements Experience:Minimum5+ yearsin corporate / industrial / institutional canteen operations Qualification:Degree in Hotel Management Strong leadership andcanteen manpower handlingskills Knowledge ofmenu planning, food costing, and budgeting Experience instores, groceries, and inventory management Capability to implementnew vessels, kitchen equipment, and canteen facilities Good understanding offood safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance Effective coordination and communication skills Job Location - TirupurKey Responsibilities Manage end-to-end operations ofCorporate Office and 3 Division canteens Plan nutritious and cost-effectivemenus Controlfood cost, wastage, and expenses Handlecanteen manpower , duty rosters, and discipline Overseestores, groceries, and inventory Implement and upgradecanteen infrastructure and kitchen facilities Ensurehygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards Coordinate withAdmin / HR / ManagementSalary ₹60,000 – ₹75,000 per month(Based on experience)
