Executive - HR Operations - A listed Gaming company- Bengaluru Job Summary:A leading mobile Gaming Entertainment company is keen to hire an MBA in HR / Any relevant degree with 1+ years of experience in HR operations. The role involves managing end-to-end hire-to-retire documentation, statutory compliances, coordinating with vendors and administering compensation and employee benefits. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate HR records and working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless coordination and efficient HR operations.About the company:Our client is a listed digital entertainment company, specializing in gaming, gamification, and SaaS-based engagement platforms. Location: Electronic City, BengaluruDesignation: Executive - HR operationsReports To: Associate Manager / HR operations ManagerRoles & Responsibilities : Hire-to-Retire HR OperationsManage hire-to-retire documentation including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.Issue and maintain HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, role changes, and exit documentation.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (physical files and HRMS/digital repositories).Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality across all employee records.Statutory Compliance & PF AdministrationSupport statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESI, and insurance.Coordinate EPFO-related activities including registrations, exits, UAN issues, and employee queries.Maintain statutory records, trackers, and supporting documentation.Support audits and inspections by providing required HR and compliance data.Vendor Management & CoordinationCoordinate with HR vendors (BGV, insurance, payroll support where applicable).Manage vendor documentation including agreements, invoices, and PO coordination in collaboration with Finance and Procurement.Track vendor SLAs, renewals, and compliance requirements.Background Verification (BGV)Coordinate end-to-end background verification processes for new hires.Track BGV status, follow up with vendors and candidates, and ensure timely closures.Maintain BGV records and ensure adherence to company and regulatory requirements.Insurance & Employee Benefits AdministrationSupport employee insurance and benefits administration including enrollments, additions, deletions, and claims coordination.Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to benefits and insurance coverage.Coordinate with insurance vendors and brokers for policy administration and renewals.HR MIS, Reporting & Process DisciplineMaintain HR trackers, dashboards, and MIS related to onboarding, exits, PF, benefits, and vendors.Ensure adherence to HR SOPs, policies, and compliance timelines.Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives in HR operations. Role Requirements:Must-Have1+ years of experience in HR Operations, Compensation &Benefits, or HR Shared Services roles.Hands-on experience in hire-to-retire HR operations and documentation.Practical exposure to PF administration and EPFO coordination.Experience supporting statutory compliance (PF, ESI, insurance).Strong vendor coordination and documentation skills.Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Excel.
