Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced candidate to lead end-to-end mining project operations, ensuring safe production, statutory compliance, cost control and effective coordination across all departments.Key Responsibilities:- Head overall project operations and act as single-point accountability - Lead cross-functional teams - Ensure production, quality, cost and safety targets are achieved - Ensure compliance with DGMS guidelines, Mines Act and statutory requirements - Ensure proper utilization of Manpower and Machine - Review MIS, budgets, performance and project costs - Coordinate with corporate office and local authoritiesQualifications & Experience:- Degree / Diploma in Mining / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline - First Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency is preferred - 8+ years of experience in heading mining projects or large site operations - 15–25 years of total experience in miningCandidates with strong leadership, cross-functional knowledge, and site execution skills will be preferred.
