Job Summary: Hiring a candidate for opencast mine operations to support production, safety, quality control and statutory compliance as per approved Mining Plan.Key Responsibilities: Supervise drilling, blasting, excavation, ROM handling, crushing, screening, and dispatch Monitor production, recovery, waste generation and material movement Track HEMM utilization and coordinate breakdowns with mechanical teams Ensure compliance with DGMS guidelines, MMR 1961 and Mines Act Supervise manpower deployment and shift discipline Prepare daily and monthly MIS reportsQualifications: Degree / Diploma in Mining Engineering Second Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency– Mandatory 3–10 years of opencast iron ore mining experienceKey Skills: DGMS compliance & mining safety Opencast mining operations HEMM coordination Production planning & reporting
