Key Responsibilities & Requirements:Strong Knowledge of Oracle-provided HCM APIs, including Worker, Job, Location and Job Requisition APIs.Configure HCM Data Loader (HDL) for bulk data loads and data corrections.Develop Fast Formulas for business rules, validations, and calculations.Develop reports using BI Publisher and create outbound interfaces using HCM Extracts.Functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Core HR and Oracle Recruiting modules
