We are seeking an experienced ADP Consultant to lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of ADP HCM and Payroll solutions. The consultant will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure ADP platforms are configured to support accurate payroll processing, compliant HR operations, and scalable workforce management.This role requires strong functional expertise in ADP Payroll and HCM, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesADP Implementation & ConfigurationLead end-to-end ADP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts (new modules, countries, or business units).Configure and support ADP modules, such as:Core HRPayroll (US and/or Global)Time & AttendanceBenefits AdministrationTalent Management (Recruiting, Performance, Learning)Translate business and regulatory requirements into ADP system configuration and workflows.Support parallel payroll runs, UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization.Payroll & ComplianceEnsure accurate and compliant payroll processing aligned with local, state, federal, and international regulations.Configure earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and pay calendars.Support year-end processes (W-2, 1099, tax filings, audits).Partner with compliance teams to implement regulatory updates and best practices.Business Process OptimizationReview and redesign HR and payroll processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using ADP functionality and integrations.Advise stakeholders on ADP best practices and roadmap capabilities.Integrations & Data ManagementSupport integrations between ADP and third-party systems (e.g., benefits providers, time systems, finance/ERP platforms).Assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.Ensure data integrity, security, and role-based access controls.Stakeholder Engagement & ConsultingAct as a trusted advisor to HR, Payroll, and business leaders.Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions.Clearly communicate system capabilities, limitations, and impacts of design decisions.Manage expectations and provide implementation timelines and status updates.Support, Troubleshooting & Continuous ImprovementProvide Tier 2/3 support for ADP-related issues.Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies, system errors, and reporting issues.Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.Coordinate with ADP support and vendors as needed.Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain standard and custom reports using ADP reporting tools.Support workforce analytics, payroll reconciliation, and audit reporting.Enable self-service reporting for HR and business stakeholders where appropriate.Documentation & TrainingCreate and maintain:Configuration documentationProcess flowsSOPs and runbooksTraining materialsConduct training sessions for HR, payroll teams, and end users.Support change management and adoption efforts.Required Qualifications6+ years of hands-on experience as an ADP Consultant or HRIS/Payroll Analyst.Strong functional knowledge of ADP Payroll and HCM modules.Experience supporting payroll processing and compliance in at least one country (US preferred; global experience a plus).Proven experience in ADP implementations or major system enhancements.Strong understanding of HR and payroll business processes.Technical & Functional SkillsADP Workforce Now, Vantage, GlobalView, or similar ADP platformsPayroll configuration (earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments)Time & Attendance and Benefits AdministrationData imports/exports, file-based integrationsReporting and analytics within ADPExcel proficiency for payroll reconciliation and data analysis
