This role sits at the intersection of creativity, psychology, and business outcomes.You’ll work closely with designers, performance marketers, account managers, and brand strategists to build messaging that performs.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Performance CopyWrite high-impact copy for Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube scripts, and paid campaignsCreate brand-aligned content for social media, websites, landing pages, emails, and campaignsAdapt tone and messaging based on audience, platform, and funnel stageCollaborate with designers to ensure copy and visuals work as a single systemStrategy & ThinkingTranslate business objectives into clear messaging frameworksDevelop hooks, value propositions, CTAs, and narratives that drive actionUnderstand funnels, buyer psychology, and conversion principlesIterate copy based on performance data, feedback, and testingCollaboration & ExecutionWork closely with performance, brand, and client servicing teamsHandle multiple brands and briefs simultaneously with speed and clarityMaintain brand voice, consistency, and quality across all touchpointsRequired Skills & Qualifications1–4 years of experience as a Copywriter / Content Writer / Creative Writer (agency experience preferred)Strong command of English language, tone, and storytellingExperience writing for digital platforms and performance marketingAbility to think conceptually and execute quicklyPortfolio showcasing ad copy, brand content, and campaignGood to Have (Bonus Skills)Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS)Experience with ecommerce, lead generation, or D2C brandsScriptwriting for short-form video / reels / YouTube adsExposure to brand strategy, positioning, and messaging frameworksAbility to write for multiple industries and audiences
