The atelier operates at true couture standards, wherecraftsmanship, precision, and artistryare essential to every piece. Key ResponsibilitiesPerformhand-sewing and machine-sewingfor couture bridal gowns Work withdelicate luxury fabricssuch as silk, lace, organza, tulle, and embroidered materials Executeadvanced couture techniques , including hand finishing, appliqué, draping, and beading Support the creation ofprototypes, samples, and final couture gowns Collaborate closely withpattern makers and the Head of Atelier Ensure exceptional quality, fit, and finishing across all garments RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experienceincouture or luxury garment production Strong knowledge ofcouture sewing and finishing techniques Proven ability to work withcomplex designs and delicate materials Bridal couture experience is astrong advantage Mass-production or factory-only backgrounds arenot suitable High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Benefits & CompensationCompetitive salary based on experience and skill level Paid accommodation Food allowance Utilities / bills allowance Driver provided for daily transportation to and from work Supportive, respectful, and professional couture atelier environment Location:Lagos, Nigeria ✈️Relocation support provided
