We’re Hiring | Associate – Corporate, IP & Commercial Practice Delhi NCR | Hybrid Working ModelOberoi & Partnersis inviting applications for the position ofAssociateto join our expanding corporate and commercial practice.Role Overview The Associate will work closely with the Partners and senior team members on a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients. The role involves end-to-end handling of corporate and commercial matters, transaction support, and ongoing legal and regulatory compliance across multiple sectors.Key Responsibilities Handling corporate and commercial work forretainer clients , including Indian and international clients Drafting, reviewing, and negotiatingtransaction documents, commercial agreements, contracts , and other inbound and outbound documentation Drafting and responding tolegal notices, opinions, and formal correspondence Advising oncorporate, regulatory, and ongoing compliance matters , including legal hygiene and statutory compliance Assisting inintellectual property prospection , filings, enforcement, and advisory work Working onmedia & entertainment–related agreements , talent, brand, and collaboration contracts Supporting cross-border transactions and international structuring assignments, where requiredPreferred Experience & Skill Set 1–2 years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience) Graduation from areputed law school/college Strong drafting, research, and analytical capabilities Prior experience or demonstrated interest inIntellectual Property law and Media & Entertainment lawwill be an added advantage Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple assignments efficiently High standards of professionalism, attention to detail, and client-facing aptitude Strong command over English language.Work Structure Hybrid working model(work from home + physical office presence) Candidates must bebased in Delhi NCRorwilling to relocateApplication Process Interested candidates may apply by emailing the following tocareers@ : Updated CV One or morewriting samples(preferably contracts, legal opinions, or structured legal drafting)Important Note This role is intended forserious, long-term applicantsonly No personal calls or direct messages will be entertained
