The role involves handling cases related to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and litigation. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing contracts, ensuring legal compliance, negotiating agreements, advising clients on regulatory frameworks, and representing clients in legal proceedings.The candidate should have prior exposure to: Private/company M&A (SPAs, SHAs, business transfer, JV agreements). FEMA and RBI aspects on FDI/ODI, downstream investment, and reporting. Routine company law: incorporations, share issuances/transfers, buy‑backs, board/shareholder approvals and filings.QualificationsKeen understanding of Corporate Commercial Laws, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Capital Markets Proficiency in legal documentation, drafting, and contract review Strong skills in negotiation, legal strategy development, and client advisory Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to analyze complex legal issues and formulate solutions Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) is required; LL.M. or specialization in Corporate Law is an advantage Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
