Company DescriptionWe are a founder-led D2C wellness and personal care brand, currently in an early but intentional growth phase.Our focus is on building trust-led products and content, driven by real consumer problems, clear communication, and strong visual storytelling. Most of our brand work so far has been built hands-on by the founders, and we are now starting to build a small, focused team to scale this into a larger brand ecosystem.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Malad, Mumbai for a Brand Manager (D2C).You will work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to shape brand communication, support campaigns and launches, and ensure consistent storytelling across all consumer touchpoints.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution, ownership, and learning, rather than a large-team or strategy-only setup.Key Responsibilities- Own and maintain brand tone, messaging, and communication across website, ads, social media, packaging, and CRM- Contribute to brand strategy and positioning by working closely with the founders to define how the brand is presented across touchpoints- Support content creation and campaign planning & execution with designers, creators, and performance teams- Assist in product and launch communication, including positioning, benefit-led storytelling, and launch narratives- Translate consumer feedback (reviews, DMs, comments, FAQs) into clearer brand narratives, content ideas, and communication improvements- Work with the performance team to ensure marketing creatives are on-brand, honest, and trust-led, while also supporting conversion goals- Track and analyse basic brand and campaign performance metrics (engagement, CTR, content performance, launch response) and suggest improvements- Support competitive and category research to understand trends, messaging gaps, and opportunitiesQualifications (Read Carefully)- 2–4 years of experience in D2C or digital-first consumer brands - Experience with brand communication, content, or campaign execution - Strong understanding of social media, digital storytelling, and consumer behaviour - Comfortable being hands-on and execution-driven in a startup environment - Ability to collaborate closely with founders and small teamsGood to Have- Exposure to wellness, personal care, beauty, or consumer brands - Basic understanding of performance metrics and campaign resultsNot Required- MBA - FMCG/ATL-heavy background - Large-team management experienceAbout the Founders & Brand WorkWe are currently a founder-led brand, with most brand thinking, content, and visual storytelling driven hands-on by the founders.To understand our aesthetic sensibility, storytelling approach, and consumer connect, you can explore:• Founder’s visual work: Community & content work: Brand Manager joining us will play a key role in shaping how this founder-led work evolves into a scalable brand ecosystem.Important NoteThis role is not suited for candidates with 8+ years of experience or those looking for senior-manager or strategy-only positions.CompensationCTC: ₹5–8 LPA (based on experience and fit)Full-time | On-site | Malad, MumbaiHow to ApplyPlease email your CV to terrafresh2024@Along with 2–3 lines on one D2C brand you admire and why.(Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.)
