Job Description: Metallurgical Business Development ManagerThe ideal candidate will combine technical metallurgical expertise with business development skills by managing laboratory testing and driving sales of accredited testing services. The role ensures compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards, delivers accurate and impartial metallurgical results, and expands the laboratory’s market presence.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee laboratory testing processes to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards. - Drive sales and business development initiatives for accredited metallurgical testing services. - Deliver accurate and impartial metallurgical results to clients. - Expand the laboratory’s market presence through strategic marketing and client relationship management. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address client needs and requirements. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in metallurgical testing techniques.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in metallurgical testing or a related field. - Proven track record in business development and sales within the laboratory services industry. - Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 standards and laboratory accreditation processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Relevant certifications in metallurgical testing or quality management are a plus.
